If you have never tried caviar and would like to finally get a taste for it, we always recommend the Imperial Auslese. Our most popular variety comes from a cross between the sturgeon species “Acipenser Schrenckii” and “Huso Dauricus” and rightly enjoys a fantastic reputation among gourmets. Its plump, large-grained roe melts gently on the tongue and develops a fine, nutty aroma that you simply can't get enough of.
